At District 787 Urban Clothing, we are committed to delivering high-quality garments. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

🛑 Returns and Exchanges

Due to the limited nature and quality control of our products, we operate a strict return policy.

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your item to advise us of any issues.

Returns are only authorized if approved by District 787 and are strictly limited to cases involving:

  • Material Defects: Significant flaws in the fabric or construction of the garment.

  • Errors on Our Part: Mistakes in order fulfillment, such as shipping the wrong size or style contrary to what was ordered.

If you believe your item qualifies for a return based on the criteria above, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@district787.com with your order number and photo evidence of the defect or error within the 14-day notification period.

📐 Sizing and Fit

All customers are highly encouraged to refer to the specific size chart provided on the product page for accurate measurements and fit before placing an order. We cannot approve returns or exchanges based on incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

🚚 Order Changes (Size Adjustments)

We understand that sizing needs can sometimes change.

  • Pre-Shipment Changes: Size changes can be made only if the order has not yet been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a size adjustment.

  • Post-Shipment Changes: Once the order has been shipped, changes to the size or style will not be authorized.

💳 Approved Returns and Store Credit

Any return that is officially approved by District 787 will result in a Store Credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).

  • Credit Use: Store credit can be applied to any future purchase on our website.

  • Validity: The issued store credit is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After the 90-day period expires, the store credit will be voided and cannot be reinstated.
