🚚 General Shipping Information
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [Insert 1-3 Business Days] of purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods, and updates will be posted on our website.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

PRE-SALE ITEMS & ESTIMATED SHIPPING Items marked as "Pre-Sale" are products that are available for purchase but are not currently in stock and/or are currently in production. Please note the following terms regarding Pre-Sale orders:
- Shipping Timeline: Pre-sale items are not available for immediate dispatch. All pre-sale items will begin shipping on or around the Estimated Shipping Date provided by District 787 Urban Clothing on the specific product page or promotional material.
- Date Changes: While we make every effort to meet the estimated shipping date, production and logistics delays can occur. District 787 Urban Clothing reserves the right to update the Estimated Shipping Date if necessary. We will notify you via email regarding any significant changes to the timeline.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-sale items, the entire order will be held until the pre-sale item is ready to ship. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
- Cancellations: Pre-sale orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has been processed for shipping.
🏠 Address Accuracy Policy (Crucial)
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses: District 787 Urban Clothing is not responsible for delays, losses, or costs associated with packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Reshipment Costs: If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the order. If the customer chooses not to reship, the order will be considered void, and a refund will might be issued depending in the circumstances.
🛡️ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We understand that carrier issues can occur, and we aim to handle these matters efficiently while protecting our business operations.

Liability: Once packages are dropped off with the carrier and the tracking number is issued, District 787 Urban Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Claim Responsibility: In the event that a package appears lost based on carrier tracking, District 787 Urban Clothing will be the party responsible for initiating and managing the claim with the respective shipping carrier.

Customer Action: The customer must notify us promptly within (5-7 Days of the last tracking update) if they suspect a package is lost.

Resolution: We will notify the customer of the carrier’s decision regarding the claim. Refunds or store credit for lost packages will only be issued after the carrier approves and remits payment for the claim.

Availability: We offer international shipping to most countries. If, your country is not on our list, please advice us and we will do our best to add it to International shipping list.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by their country's customs agency upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. District 787 Urban Clothing is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
📝 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email containing the tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your package.
